NSS SS1 (2009-2012)

Subjects to be offered for the New Senior Secondary (NSS) education in CFSS

Students studying S1 in September 2006 will have to complete three years of junior secondary plus 3 years of senior-secondary education, then sit for one public exam called the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination, and some of those will continue their studies in local universities for four years. The students in the NSS level will need to study four core subjects (including English, Chinese, Mathematics and Liberal Studies) plus three electives from a great variety of subjects.
