Application for S.1 Admission

本年度簡介會將定於下列日期二時三十分舉行：
2009年11月7日(星期六)
2009年12月5日(星期六)
2010年4月18日(星期日)(這天亦為本年度開放日)

I. 申請入本校途徑

	教育局升中派位
	(A) 自行分配學位 (DP)	(B) 統一派位 (CA)		(C) 叩門位(DI)
報名日期	04/01/10 - 25/01/10	5月上旬 (由所屬小學安排)		由06/07/10 - 08/07/10
可選擇學校數目 (附帶限制條件)	2間 (不受地區限制)	甲部份:	3間 (6個位) (不受學校網限制)	不限數目 (不影響自行分配學位(DP)及統一派位(CA))
		乙部份:	30間 (只限屬於以下四區學校網之申請者): 東區(HK3)(30個位)、南區(HK4)(8個位)、灣仔區(HK2)(8個位)及中西區(HK1)(8個位)

II. 收生準則

有關收生準則及比重詳列如下：

一點建議 : 不要過分操練孩子應對技巧，至使他們表現得過於做作生硬。亦不宜過分重視聯課活動的量，
以適切為宜。

III. 申請程序

1	申請表格可親臨本校索取或從本校網頁：www.cfss.edu.hk下載。
2	學校所需之學生紀錄副本
3	小四至小六之校內成績表，一切公開考試証書，獎狀，校內／外服務証書及學校推薦信(並非必需)。
	面試安排：自行分配：二月二十七日叩門位：七月六日至八日面試所需時間：約45分鐘
4	報考自行分配學位不獲取錄者，將被自動撥入本校叩門位申請名單內繼續考慮。

IV. 學費

本校學費是根據政府直資章程收費。按教育局規定，符合資格的學生須付下列學費：

中一至三每年港幣 $ 9,050 (分十期支付)

此外，本校亦設有獎學金及助學金給成績優異或有需要之同學。

星期六　早上八時半至下午四時
星期日及公眾假期休息

Briefing Sessions will be conducted on the following dates at 2:30 p.m.:
7 November 2009 (Saturday)
5 December 2009 (Saturday)
18 April 2010 (Sunday) (also our School Open Day)

II. Admission Criteria and Weightings

Suggestion: Do not over-train the students. Keep co-curricular activities balanced and vibrant.

III. Application Procedures

1	Submit an application form which is available from our school office / website at www.cfss.edu.hk.
2	Copies of the documents required include school reports (P.4-P.6); certificates of awards & letters of recommendation (if any).
3	Schedule of Interview: Discretionary Places: 27th February 2010 Direct Intake Places: 6th July 2010 – 8th July 2010 Duration of the interview: 45 minutes
4	For unsuccessful applicants in the phase of Discretionary Places, their applications will be automatically transferred to the Direct Intake List for further consideration.

IV. School Fee

Under the Direct Subsidy Scheme, school fees for students who are eligible to receive government subsidies are as follows:

S1 to S3 HK$9,050 per annum (in 10 installments)

The school has set up generous scholarships for meritorious students and school fee remission programme for needy families.

Monday - Friday : 8:00 am - 6:00 pm (school days)
Monday - Friday : 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (non-school days)
Saturday : 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
Sundays and public holidays : Closed
