"Science in the Public Service" is a joint campaign by government bureaux and departments to let people know more about their scientific achievements and the application of science and technology in providing services. Six S2 students participated in the Student Project Competition, under the main theme of “How do Application of Science and Technology Enhance Quality of Life?”, and embedded the second runner up in the secondary school division. Award presentation ceremony will be held in July 2010.

本校中二學生於本年二月參加了由政府多個局及部門舉辦「科學為民」服務巡禮學生專題研習比賽，活動主題為「科技應用如何提升生活質素？」經過三月初評審後，作品入選總決賽並於四月中旬進行口頭報告及總評，最後本校學生在中學組(中一至中七)獲得季軍。大會頒獎典禮將於七月舉行。
