Congratulate to Or Tsz Lung for Hong Kong Outstanding Students' Award for Community Service

Or Tsz Lung of Class 4A was awarded the first Hong Kong Outstanding Student Community Service Award co-organised by the Hong Kong Federation of Education Workers and Wen Wei Po in recognition of his outstanding performance in the national flag team and community services.
