Financial Secretary Mr. Chan Mo-po paying a warm visit to NSpeed NS Express Promotional Truck in CFSS
To celebrate the 5th anniversary of promulgation and implementation of the Hong Kong National Security Law, Financial Secretary (FS) Mr. Chan Mo-po, GBM, GBS, MH, JP, visited the NSpeed NS Express Promotional Truck at CFSS on 3 July. The purpose of this visit was to raise awareness of national security among young people and the general public. Notable attendees included Assistant Commissioner (NS) (2) of the Hong Kong Police Force Mr. Kwok Ka-chuen, District National Education Ambassadors Mr. Law Tat-shing and Mr. Lau Yu-bun, EDB Acting Chief School Development Officer (HKE) Ms. Fung Winsome, and Senior School Development Officer (HKE)1 Mr. Chan Lok-wai.
Together with the guests and students, FS watched a national security video about the "Holistic Approach to National Security." They then boarded the NSpeed Truck and engaged in interactive games with the students, including an AI photo booth, a "National Security Quiz," and the "Knowing More on National Security" game. Everyone received a National Security Mission Card, reinforcing their sense of responsibility to protect national security.
Afterwards, FS joined a group of students and prepared traditional Chinese delicacies, "Mini Lotus Seed Paste Cake" and "Mini Mung Bean Paste Pastry" in the Smart Kitchen on the ground floor, learning more about Chinese food culture. Accompanied by the National Flag Team, FS also visited the "National Security Education & Chinese Culture Exhibition" held in school and had exchanges with the student ambassadors on the exhibition content.
