CFSS Participating in the JC InnoPower Education Fellowship Programme
Initiated and funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, the JC InnoPower Education Fellowship is a 15-month talent and sector development program co-created with the Education University of Hong Kong and in collaboration with the Center to Support Excellence in Teaching (CSET) at Stanford Graduate School of Education.
This program provides school principals and leaders with extensive exposure to global trends, Mainland insights, and local best practices, while enhancing their adaptive leadership skills to address the evolving challenges in education. With intensive coaching support and seed funding to drive change, the training model fosters a Community of Practice where experienced innovation coaches and educators share their expertise to promote school innovation and collaboration.
Principal Ho, along with Mr. Chow Kin Sun and Ms. Chan Ching Ki, will participate in the program from July 2025 to October 2026, bringing valuable insights to the school and elevating CFSS to new heights.
