"Small Steps, Big Blooms" Miniature Flower Exhibition

To promote the concepts of plant conservation and sustainable development, the school’s STREAM Education Team specially organized the "Small Steps, Big Blooms" Miniature Flower Exhibition. During the exhibition, a group of creative junior secondary students used colorful building blocks to piece together multiple delicate and vivid miniature flowers. Their work not only showcased the diversity of the plant world but also conveyed an important message about caring for nature and cherishing resources through skillful and imaginative design.

These meaningful floral block creations are now permanently displayed in the rooftop Science and Sustainable Development Research Centre. The exhibition area is intentionally set beside the Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine specimen cabinet, forming a thought-provoking scene—on one side, traditional herbal specimens carry the wisdom of millennia and memories of natural healing; on the other side, vibrant flowers built with modern blocks represent green education that blends technology and creativity.

This arrangement resembles a silent dialogue between past and present, where tradition and innovation coexist. It honors traditional natural knowledge while embracing innovative forms of expression, symbolizing how the spirit of sustainable development continues through both heritage and creativity. Teachers and students are welcome to visit anytime, to appreciate the beauty of nature within this compact space and reflect on a future where humans and the environment thrive together.
