Arelyx Olympian Leadership Training Day Camp
The "Arelyx Olympian Leadership Training Day Camp" was held on 23 January 2026 (Fri), brining the school's Discipline Prefect Team an inspirational journey of leadership growth. The event is honoured to invite Ms. Yvette Kong, the Hong Kong Olympic swimming representative and the winner of the《JESSICA》 Most Successful Women Awards 2019, to guide students through the experience of the "REACT Leadership Training" and to further enhance their leadership qualities from five dimensions:
- Resilience – Remain firm in the face of pressures and challenges, and face challenges head-on
- Ethical Innovation – based on morality, pioneering creative thinking with social value
- Actualization – transforming ideas into actions, practicing self and team goals
- Communicative Power – Establishing sincere dialogue that fosters teamwork and understanding
- Transversality – Cross boundaries, integrating diverse perspectives and resources
Through interactive experience, situational exercises and reflection sharing, students not only gain a deeper understanding of themselves, but also learn to "step out of their comfort zone" to unite the team with a sense of care and responsibility. The purpose of this training is to nurture a new generation of caring leaders with vision, temperature, and mobility, enabling them to lead them steadily and brightly on the campus and life path ahead.
May every participant bring this inspiration and become a force for change.
