Grand Opening of the Soundproof Both on 3/F Podium - A Peaceful Shared Space to Enhance Diverse Learning Activities
In order to further enhance the quality of the campus environment and make more effective use of available space, the school has added its first soundproof booth on the third-floor podium. The opening ceremony of the soundproof booth was successfully held on March 31. The soundproof booth is open to all teaching and non-teaching staff for meetings or focused work. Students may also use the booth under the supervision of a teacher for quiet activities, group discussions, or self-study. Users can make reservations conveniently and flexibly through the school's intranet booking system. The booth is equipped with an air conditioning system, a refrigerator, and an aromatherapy diffuser, while the lighting brightness can be adjusted by a button. In addition, the soundproof booth features a six-seater sofa, foldable and height-adjustable tables, and a carpet printed with the school emblem of The Chinese Foundation Secondary School. It is also decorated with a distinctive "Silent Chicken" light box, the school's panda mascot, and various ornaments, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere with a sense of belonging.
Looking ahead, the school plans to add more quiet rooms in different locations across the campus to accommodate a variety of learning and activity needs.
