"Joyful Parenting Program" Film Appreciation & Sharing Session: Walking Side by Side with Families Through the Scenery of Growth
Our school has always treasured the bond between home and school. To enable parents and children to walk side by side through every scenery along the path of growth, our Student Support Team has continued to organize the Joyful Parenting Program Film Appreciation Event this academic year. This year, we have joined hands with "Shepherd²" Life Training Academy to hold a screening and sharing session of “Good Trip” this morning at Broadway MOViE MOViE Cityplaza (Taikoo Shing). The Principal, teachers, and around 200 families gathered together for a "private screening" of this deeply touching work. We were also honoured to invite Director Norris Wong (who is also the screenwriter) and Director Wong Hon to join us in person, sharing the heartfelt journey behind the making of the film and engaging in sincere interaction with the audience.
We would like to extend our special thanks to the Principals and all colleagues of the Student Support Team for their dedicated preparation, to all parents and students for their participation and support, and we are delighted to witness the heartwarming scenes of parent-child interaction. Many parents and students expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Principals, teachers, and collaborating organizations. In particular, we thank the students and parents for their insightful and sincere sharing during the session. The film appreciation and sharing event is well worth organizing again: firstly, the film is deeply moving and inspiring; secondly, it allowed everyone to enjoy a film for free; and thirdly, it was a rare opportunity for 200 "CFSS family members" to come together for a private screening, all of which is exactly what everyone hopes to see.
The "Joyful Parenting Program" has many more activities in the second term that depend on your support. Let us continue to work hand in hand to help our students grow more happily and healthily!
