S4 Geography Field Study – Hoi Ha Wan Marine Park field studies

In order to widen students’ horizons and to provide students with opportunities to explore the complexity of marine ecosystem, Geography department organized a field study course in Hoi Ha Wan Marine Park on 9 April 2010 for S4C and S4D geography students. 

 

Students investigated the various water qualities and the marine ecosystem by a series of sample collection and experiment. Importance and ways of conservation of coral reef as an important habitat for marine lives were explored as well.
