Date: June 30 - July 4, 2025
Program Overview
This intensive training camp aimed to enhance participants' physical fitness, sport-specific skills, and teamwork spirit. A total of 52 students joined the program, led by 6 teachers and coaches, at the Mingyuan Training Center in Guangzhou for a 5-day training session.
Daily Schedule & Training Content
Three training sessions were conducted daily, covering technical drills, physical conditioning, and practical matches:
1. Morning Session (09:00-12:00)
2. Afternoon Session (14:00-17:00)
3. Evening Session (19:00-21:30)
Specialized Training Programs
1. Table Tennis
- Coaching Team: 2 elite national coaches + 2 assistant coaches
- Key Focus Areas:
- Daily physical training (footwork, explosive power, etc.)
- Personalized skill refinement based on each student's playing style
- Practice matches against experienced players to improve competitive mindset
2. Volleyball
- Coaching Team: 3 professional coaches
- Key Focus Areas:
- Fundamental skill development (serving, passing, spiking)
- Team tactics (offensive/defensive strategies)
- Friendly match against Zhaoqing Women’s Volleyball Team to test progress
Outcomes & Highlights
- Skill Advancement: Significant improvements in technique, tactical awareness, and endurance.
- Team Collaboration: Enhanced teamwork through group drills and competitive play.
- Real-Game Experience: Exposure to high-level players provided valuable insights.
